Job summary

Truist is seeking a Commercial Client Specialist II in San Antonio, TX to provide sales, service and loan support across Commercial Community Bank segments. You’ll assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, onboarding deposits, and Treasury onboarding while maintaining up-to-date CRM data and proactive client outreach.

You will deliver superior client service, support servicing of loans and Treasury services, help with portfolio management, and ensure compliance with Reg B, BSA/AML

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers, including pipeline accuracy and onboarding deposits.
• Support portfolio growth by identifying referral opportunities and coordinating with IRM partners.
• Deliver superior client service and assist in servicing loans, deposits and Treasury activities.
• Assist in loan processing, compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML, and maintain accurate client data.
• Support portfolio management and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
