Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a Sales Support Specialist to assist bankers and CRE Credit staff with client portfolios in the Atlanta area. You will help manage pipeline data, onboard deposit and treasury services, and support the overall sales process.

In addition, you will provide servicing support for CRE loans and deposits, maintain portfolio data accuracy, and ensure timely responses to client requests while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good written and verbal communication with internal and external clients.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core CCS training curriculum courses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers with sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and CRM data accuracy.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth through referrals and IRM collaboration.
• Pull necessary reports, attend meetings, and communicate clearly within the team.
• Provide superior client service to CRE clients and resolve requests.
• Assist in servicing CRE loans, deposits and Treasury-related tasks.
• Support portfolio management and ensure accurate client data and assignments.
• Assist bankers with general loan support and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with past due notices and collection activities as needed.
