Responsibilities

• Assist with opening new accounts and ensure complete, accurate documentation.
• Input information into lending system and facilitate credit requests.
• Support Line of Credit renewals and annual relationship reviews.
• Coordinate and review third party reports and due diligence for compliance.
• Respond to client inquiries about bank products, services, and policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote related bank services.
• Support commercial loan closing processes and coordinate with external providers.
