Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and associates with service excellence and operational tasks.
• Open accounts and ensure complete, accurate documentation.
• Input information into lending systems and assist with commercial loan processes.
• Coordinate third-party reports and perform due diligence.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Provide loan support and process deposits, payments, and fees.
• Maintain client records and contact information.
• Respond to client inquiries about products, services, and policies.
