The role emphasizes relationship management, servicing client needs, and supporting growth initiatives across the portfolio. Collaborate with Commercial Bankers and internal partners to balance files, review loan draws, and respond to inquiries

Responsibilities

• Supports the Bank's Mission, Vision and Pledge.
• Assists with opening new accounts and ensures complete documentation.
• Inputs information into lending system and coordinates loan submissions.
• Reviews due diligence and complies with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Provides loan support to relationship teams and processes payments.
• Coordinates with outside providers for loan closings and inspections.
• Maintains client contact data and manages portfolio relationships.
