Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant banking experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and credit underwriting skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and under time constraints.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents and run simple to complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assists with opening new accounts and ensures complete, accurate documentation is obtained from clients.
• Inputs information into lending system on behalf of the Commercial Banker and supports credit requests in processing software.
• Facilitates line of credit renewals and coordinates annual relationship reviews.
• Maintains client contact information and performs account maintenance, including adding/removing signers.
• Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products, services, and policies; processes fraud claims as needed.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and promotes relevant bank products and services for clients.
