Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to support the commercial banking line by delivering exceptional service and operational support to clients and associates.

The role manages client requests, facilitates account operations, and ensures accurate documentation and transactions, acting as a liaison between clients, associates, and internal partners to drive a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant banking experience required.
• Strong analytical abilities and credit underwriting skills.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment and under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Supports relationship management and servicing needs for clients and associates.
• Assists with opening new accounts and ensures complete, accurate documentation from clients.
• Inputs information into lending systems and coordinates credit requests and due diligence.
• Reviews third party reports (appraisals, environmental, etc.) and manages KYC and ownership information.
• Performs account maintenance (signers, client records) and maintains client contact information.
• Assists with commercial loan closings and communicates with Closing Officer and outside providers.
• Balances and reviews construction draw packages and related documentation for accuracy.
• Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products, services, and policies.
