WesBanco seeks a Client Relationship Officer to support commercial banking teams and manage a portfolio of client accounts. You will handle account setup, documentation, and liaison with bankers to ensure accurate processing of loans and credit requests.

The role emphasizes relationship management, cross-selling opportunities, and delivering a seamless client experience while maintaining compliance and robust recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and credit underwriting skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office and banking software for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening new accounts and ensure documentation is complete.
• Input client information into banking systems and support loan processing.
• Coordinate with Commercial Bankers on annual renewals and relationship reviews.
• Provide loan support, collect payments and process fees.
• Respond to client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities.
