Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to lead commercial card implementations from platform setup through rollout, coordinating across sales, product, and operations to meet client requirements.

The role involves end-to-end project management, pre-sales support, and ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery while guiding documentation, testing, and user training for complex card programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.)
• Minimum of five years of technical experience
• Familiarity with corporate ERP systems, purchase requisition systems, receiving and payable and general ledger accounting systems
• Superior customer servicing and consulting skills
• Understanding of market-leading services for Web or wireless payments and electronic data reporting desired
• PC skills including Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and manage strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Preferred experience in a corporate purchasing, accounts payable, or card implementation department
• Relevant professional certifications such as CTP or NAPCP are a plus

Responsibilities

• Shape the Bank's commercial card program from platform establishment through rollout to clients
• Implement one or more components of the commercial card platform based on client needs
• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial card implementations from program sale through transition to account management
• Support corporate travel card, corporate purchasing card, and accounts payable card solutions
• Manage and coordinate complex, customized go-to-market client implementations
• Assess client needs and process product enrollment and service specifications
• Attend client site visits and deliver on-site implementation presentations when needed
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and improve customer experience
• Provide post-implementation operational and customer service support
• Manage transition of clients to Client Services
• Ensure compliance with Bank standards and applicable regulatory requirements
• Participate in required compliance training
• Follow account opening and suspicious activity referral procedures
• Understand customers' normal account activity as required
