Qualifications

• 3+ years of payments and merchant payment processing experience.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of merchant services.
• Ability to interact and collaborate well with others.
• Focus on client satisfaction and client experience.
• Ability to influence and ensure successful outcomes.
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Effective planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to coach less experienced or knowledgeable colleagues as necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
• 1st shift availability
• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of merchant payment processing solutions.
• Onboard clients efficiently and ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage multiple client implementations concurrently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Integrations, Contracts, Compliance and vendors.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementations.
• Gather required implementation documentation and forms.
• Coordinate resources to complete tasks and attend project meetings.
• Track progress and resolve implementation issues.
• Perform post-implementation validation of authorization, settlement, and billing.
• Drive client experience and operational excellence across teams.
