Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or Finance or related work experience.
• At least 2 years in customer service and project management.
• Experience with IRA, ESA, and HSA compliance preferred.
• MS Office applications (Word and Excel) required.
• IRAdirect and CRM proficiency preferred.
• Experience in financial services market is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task with changing workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Travel ability required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationship through implementation of products, mergers, terminations, and ongoing communications.
• Act as liaison to assess client needs and implement solutions.
• Provide operational process support to clients and staff.
• Escalate compliance or procedural issues and coordinate follow up on tech barriers.
• Build and enhance client relationships related to custom solutions.
• Provide technical and operational assistance on IRA Administration queries.
• Coordinate program changes, mergers, terminations, or implementations for clients.
• Collaborate with sales and technology support to exceed client needs.
• Maintain integrity of SOPs and reference guides.
• Identify growth opportunities and streamline efficiencies.
