Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing or have a degree in business/finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in financial services/payments selling products/services.
• Ability to travel to/from client locations in the Mid Shore region.

Responsibilities

• Generates deposits and fee income by selling and promoting commercial services.
• Provide commercial services support to bank customers; collaborate with sales for discussions and demonstrations.
• Provide pricing plans and proformas to link customer needs to solutions.
• Implement services and handle customer requests; research issues as needed.
• Provide customer training for commercial services.
• Monitor usage and propose changes/new functionality to management.
• Maintain audit logs and documentation of actions.
• Promote cross-sale opportunities across business lines including Wye Financial, lending and deposits.
• Complete required regulatory training and support risk/compliance policies.
