Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• 1 year of experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer information.
• Proficient computer skills; MS Office Suite and Outlook desired.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and ATM maintenance.
• Provides superior customer service through conversation to identify client needs in person and over the phone.
• Promotes bank products and services to help customers meet their financial goals.
• Works with bank partners for client referrals to Merchant, Wye Financial, and Relationship Managers.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer information and supports team workflow.
• Represents the bank to build trust with customers and co-workers.
• Completes required regulatory and compliance training (BSA, CRA, ECOA) on time.
• Upholds Shore United Bank core values in daily actions.
