Job summary

Regions Bank in Dallas, Texas seeks a Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide administrative support to Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking and related segments (AG, GIB, SBA, Franchise). The role supports client relationships, servicing requests, reporting, and loan workflow coordination.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and banking or client support experience; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years banking or client support experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years banking experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with daily client support activities.
• Serve as main point of contact for servicing requests from Commercial Banking clients.
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss workflow, renewals, and pipeline items.
• Prepare and provide reports (360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, Maturities, Past Due).
• Support credit application workflow: collect financials, submit applications, manage loan processes.
• Handle post-closing tasks and tickler requirements.
• Assist with loan maturity pipeline renewals and closings in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Credit Products and Commercial Team on underwriting and loan fulfillment.
