Job summary

Regions Bank in Houston, Texas is seeking a Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide administrative support to Relationship Managers across Commercial Banking, Agricultural Banking, Government and Institutional Banking, SBA and Franchise Lending.

You will generate reports, manage credit application workflows, monitor maturities and renewals, onboard Treasury Management clients, and ensure data integrity in OneView, RGA and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years banking or client support experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of general banking experience
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers with daily client-relations tasks
• Serve as primary contact for servicing requests
• Prepare and discuss workflow items in weekly meetings
• Provide reports (360, Weekly Sales, Maturities)
• Assist with loan workflows and credit applications
• Onboard Treasury Management clients
• Maintain data integrity in client accounts and systems
