Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide administrative support to Relationship Managers across Commercial Banking segments, including AG, GIB, SBA, and Franchise Lending. You will handle servicing requests, participate in meetings, and produce key reports to support pipeline and maturities.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with banking experience or a high school diploma with several years in general banking, plus strong communication and data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with 3+ years in banking/client support.
• Industry knowledge in Commercial Banking is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers in Commercial Banking.
• Serve as a primary contact for servicing requests and client relations.
• Generate standard reports (360, Weekly Sales, pipeline) for managers.
• Assist in credit workflow: collect financials, submit applications, and monitor steps to closing.
• Support onboarding and relationship maintenance across segments.
