Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation in Houston is seeking a Commercial Relationship Specialist for SBA and related commercial banking segments. You will provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, manage servicing requests, and prepare key reports to help optimize client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with banking experience or a high school diploma with more extensive banking experience. Strong MS Office skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of banking or client support experience, or High School Diploma and four (4) years of general banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Relationship Manager(s) with daily support activities related to client relationships and keeps the Manager informed.
• Acts as a point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for servicing requests.
• Attends weekly meetings to discuss workflow items such as renewals, pipeline items and servicing requests.
• Provides reports (360 Report, Weekly Sales, OneView Pipeline, Maturities, Past Due) for Relationship Managers.
• Facilitates credit applications and manages loan workflows to closing.
