Regions Bank in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide administrative support to Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking. You will handle servicing requests, assist with renewals, and support loan workflows from application to closing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with banking experience or a high school diploma with more extensive banking experience, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of banking or client support experience OR High School Diploma and 4 years of general banking experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support activities for client relationships and keep the Manager informed.
• Serve as a point of contact for servicing requests from Commercial Banking clients.
• Attend weekly meetings with Relationship Manager(s) to discuss renewals, pipeline items, and servicing.
• Provide reports (e.g., 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, Maturities) to Relationship Manager(s).
• Facilitate and manage credit application workflow, collecting financial information and submitting facility applications.
