The role involves coordinating servicing requests, managing pipeline items, and preparing reports for management.

The candidate will interact with Credit Products, manage loan workflows, and assist with on-boarding Treasury Management clients. Strong MS Office skills and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of banking or client support experience; or High School Diploma and three years of banking experience.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support activities and keep managers informed.
• Serve as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for servicing requests.
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss renewals, pipeline items, and servicing.
• Provide reports (360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, Pipeline) to Relationship Managers.
• Facilitate and manage credit application workflow and collect financial information.
