Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support activities and keep Mgr informed.
• Serve as point of contact for servicing requests from Commercial Banking clients.
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss workflows, renewals, and servicing items.
• Provide reports such as 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, and Maturities.
• Support loan workflows through application and post-closing processes.
• Maintain data integrity across client accounts and reports in systems.
• Assist with sales support, marketing requests, and client/prospect files.
