Citizens is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to deepen client relationships across banking, lending and investing, serving small business clients with revenues from $1M to $10M. You will collaborate with peers to assess needs, deliver value-added solutions, and grow the portfolio while driving loan and deposit generation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• 2+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience preferred.
• Business to Business sales experience required.
• Motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership ability and potential.
• Successfully operate in a team atmosphere with strong internal and external network.
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced sales culture with goals for new loan and deposit generation, cross sales, customer service and satisfaction.
• Proficiency with portfolio/account management preferred.
• Ability to understand core business products and services and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop consultative relationships with small business clients in target market with annual revenues $1M–$10M.
• Understand client needs, provide value-added solutions, manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive new commercial relationships.
• Partner with banking team offering product solutions to enhance customer experience, loyalty and profitability.
• Complete Business Banking University and Drive Sales training during orientation and credit training to assess and mitigate lending risk.
• Maintain market knowledge and develop relationships with Centers of Influence (CPAs and Attorneys).
• Engage in community activity to expand potential customer base.
