Job summary

PNC is seeking a C&I B Associate Relationship Manager based in Troy, MI, within the Commercial Banking organization. The role focuses on underwriting, relationship management, and delivering product solutions to clients in an in-office setting.

In this position you will analyze credit risk, support proposals, and deepen client relationships by understanding needs and aligning offerings. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and is prepared to operate

Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Performs or assists in banking activities, including underwriting and/or relationship management and/or product suite activities.
Identifies and mitigates risk (regulatory, reputational, operational, credit) and helps ensure quality for clients.
Analyzes information to design and/or execute client solutions from request to booking and/or moving a proposal to closed business.
Interacts with clients to gather information, expand relationships, and articulate recommendations to servicing and product inquiries.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal policies.
Participates in mentoring, networking, and learning activities to develop credit, product, and sales skills.
