Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required (education noted).
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in client relationship management.
• Strong communication and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports client management activities with clients and prospects; coordinates team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Assists in developing and executing a relationship management plan.
• Coordinates with team to determine action plans through client needs discovery to deliver excellent service.
• Manages a booked book of business; supports strategies to source new relationships for the bank.
• Maintains adherence to AMG policies; collaborates with risk partners to resolve client issues promptly.
