Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building and expanding client relationships in commercial banking.
• Ability to analyze credit and non-credit products and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with new and existing clients to grow sales and market share.
• Origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Manage risk and drive client engagement and loyalty.
• Develop internal/external networks to acquire new clients and expand service scope.
• Utilize reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk per policies.
