Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in commercial banking and relationship management.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate financial/credit data for borrowers.
• Knowledge of legal documents (notes, mortgages, security agreements) and regulatory concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and retains commercial customer relationships.
• Negotiate and structure loan terms, including collateral requirements.
• Review credit proposals and financials to reflect risks to the bank.
• Execute and manage closing and booking of credit products.
• Monitor borrower performance and covenant compliance with Credit Administration.
• Support cash management, merchant services, insurance, and investment products for commercial clients.
• Maintain credit/financial files and ensure loan system accuracy.
