Qualifications

• Experience in commercial & corporate lending.
• Ability to review complex loan structures and advise on covenants.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk management for Corporate Banking portfolio.
• Structure and approve Commercial & Industrial and CRE loans.
• Advise RM and Credit team on loan risks and mitigants.
• Perform independent credit analysis and stress testing.
• Coordinate loan documentation, closing, and modifications.
• Monitor construction loans and large deposit onboarding.
