Job summary

Associated Bank in Milwaukee is seeking an Administrative and Relationship Support professional for the Commercial Banking team to assist with loan closings, documentation, funding, and ongoing loan administration. You will coordinate due diligence, review financials, and ensure accurate reporting across core bank systems.

You will support Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, handle client inquiries, and contribute to compliance and process improvements while delivering superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years banking or office with knowledge of banking products, services, procedures and practices, along with loan documentation knowledge.
• Experience with Ambit, CoreBank, SalesPro and Stucky systems.

Responsibilities

• LOAN CLOSINGS - Serve in an active role on the deal team, coordinating all loan documentation, closing the loan with the client, and ensuring proper documentation.
• PORTFOLIO / COLLATERAL ADMINISTRATION - Process daily transactions and review borrower financials to monitor collateral and reporting.
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Service clients and affiliates, resolve complex questions, and act as liaison between departments and customers.
• LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT - Support training, ensure policy compliance and contribute to process improvements.
