Qualifications

• 7+ years of related lending/credit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field.
• Formal Commercial Credit training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Build network of external referral sources/COIs to attract clients.
• Maintain and service portfolios and cross-sell bank products.
• Negotiate lending terms and prepare credit packages for approval.
• Monitor and analyze credit quality and financial information on file.
• Oversee loan closing process and ensure compliant documentation.
