Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Client Solutions Manager to oversee credit risk monitoring and Credit Review workflow, while actively expanding commercial client relationships.

You will partner with Commercial Bankers, drive cross-sell of loan, deposit, and core fee products, and manage portfolios with emphasis on risk mitigation and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred).
• 4-7 years of relevant commercial banking experience (required).
• Proven knowledge of commercial underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for credit/risk monitoring and Credit Review workflow management.
• Lead (or co-lead) cross-offer opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Assist Commercial Bankers with portfolio management and client engagement.
• Develop and manage relationships to grow loans, deposits, and core fees.
• Ensure loan portfolio risks are properly rated and compliant with policy.
