Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant Commercial lending experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance in developing business in the Commercial C&I segment and industry (Required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and deepen client relationships.
• Lead cross-functional team to respond to customer requests and identified needs.
• Analyze credit to determine borrowing qualifications.
• Follows regulatory changes and bank policies; maintains knowledge of BSA, Reg CC, ECT as applicable.
• Participates in community organizations to source business development opportunities.
• Mentor or train others as subject matter expert.
