Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Banking Support role to act as the primary contact for corporate and commercial deposit clients. You will deliver exceptional service across Treasury Management products while coordinating with Relationship Managers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires 2–4 years of banking experience, knowledge of treasury products, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years — banking experience, treasury management product experience, new accounts, lending loan processing or documentation and customer service (Required)
• Proficient knowledge of Commercial banking products, services, operations and applicable laws/regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship contact for corporate and commercial deposit clients.
• Provide high level client service for all products and services via phone, email, and other channels.
• Field client requests; act as SME for Deposit and Treasury Management products.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal staff; escalate complex issues to Sr. CCS Representative as needed.
• Respond to Treasury Management queries and ensure timely resolution; support account implementations and transaction postings.
