Columbia Bank in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Client Solutions Manager to oversee credit/risk monitoring, CR workflow, and cross-offer opportunities to deepen client relationships. You will drive portfolio growth and act as a bridge between clients and bank teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

You will partner with Commercial Bankers, manage portfolios, and pursue revenue through loans, deposits and core fees while maintaining strict adherence to credit policy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; 4–7 years in commercial banking.
• Strong underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management.
• Proven relationship management and business development abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong credit acumen.
• Knowledge of bank products and cross-selling opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and engage with Commercial Banker to expand mature relationships.
• Manage client relationships and credit requests, renewals, and reviews.
• Analyze financial data to assess loan merits and risk ratings.
• Collaborate with Credit Admin for loan recommendations and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines.
