Job summary

Columbia Bank in Denver is seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager who acts as the primary liaison with commercial customers through onboarding and ongoing relationship management. You will coordinate underwriting, documentation, and closing of C&I loans, construction financing, deposits, and related services.

You will prepare and manage files for audits, work with attorneys to protect the bank's interests, monitor loan conditions, and ensure timely closings.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of banking, loan administration and documentation experience.
• Must have knowledge of complex lending structures and title insurance.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Commercial customers and manage ongoing relationships with the business unit.
• Coordinate underwriting, documentation and closing of C&I loans, construction loans, and deposits.
• Prepare data input sheets and maintain documentation for audits and servicing.
• Monitor closing conditions and ensure loans close within timeframes.
• Review customer problems and ensure compliant processing of account maintenance and advance requests.
