Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Client Solutions Manager to monitor credit risk, manage Credit Review workflows, and coordinate with underwriting, QA, QC, and CQA partners. The role focuses on expanding mature client relationships through cross-selling of loans, deposits, and core fees while supporting Commercial Bankers with portfolio growth.

You will analyze financial data to assess credit worthiness and partner with the Commercial Banker to present recommendations to Credit Administration.

• Strong underwriting and credit monitoring abilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships and develop opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Credit/risk monitoring and credit review workflow management.
