Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced knowledge in all facets of relationship management.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• May require up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify a target market for new business and develop a book of new business from those relationships.
• Negotiate, underwriting, and coordinate closing of a variety of major and complex loans per lending policies.
• Develop business checking and deposit relationships with customers.
• Assist clients with deposit products and services and analyze client information to recommend deposit solutions.
• Engage in market research to refine product/service recommendations for the target market.
• Call and visit target customers to promote and sell Bank products and services to establish new business.
• Maintain customer data and reports on new business relationships and results.
