Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in program management, learning and development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned colleague development, learning, engagement, and adoption programs across the Commercial Bank from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Create role-based experiences that build awareness, knowledge, skill, confidence, and sustained adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning experiences, communications, job aids, leader resources, events, and reinforcement activities.
• Partner with leaders, SMEs, and learning partners to identify development needs and design solutions aligned with outcomes.
• Lead the colleague experience for assigned initiatives across learning, communications, engagement, support, reinforcement, and feedback activities.
• Develop and help execute training, workshops, office hours, learning cohorts, communities of practice, champion networks, and other scalable experiences.
• Reinforce expectations and address adoption barriers; support application within teams.
• Manage program plans, timelines, milestones, risks, communications, and content maintenance.
• Measure program effectiveness and adoption through surveys, usage data, and performance measures.
• Use insights to improve and scale development and adoption approaches across Commercial and enterprise teams.
• Build partnerships across Commercial and with enterprise learning, communications, technology, data, risk, and enablement teams.
