Huntington National Bank is seeking a Commercial Colleague Development Program Manager to lead learning, engagement, and adoption programs across the Commercial Bank. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of program management, learning and development, or related discipline.

• Manages assigned colleague development, learning, engagement, and adoption programs from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Creates role-based experiences to build awareness, knowledge, skills, confidence, and adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Translates priorities into practical learning experiences, communications, resources, events, and reinforcement activities.
• Partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and learning partners to identify needs and design solutions.
• Leads colleague experience for initiatives, coordinating learning, communications, engagement, support, reinforcement, and feedback.
• Develops and executes training, workshops, office hours, cohorts, communities of practice, and champion networks.
• Measures program effectiveness, adoption, and usage using surveys, data, and performance metrics.
• Builds partnerships across Commercial and enterprise teams to coordinate priorities and resources.
