Huntington is seeking a Commercial Colleague Development Program Manager to lead learning, engagement, and adoption initiatives for the Commercial Bank. You’ll design role‑based experiences to build skills and confidence in new tools and digital capabilities.

Reporting to the Commercial Development and Engagement team, you’ll partner with leaders and subject matter experts across learning, technology, risk, and enablement to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 7+ years of program management experience or related discipline.
• Strong program management, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Experience driving learning, adoption, and digital tool adoption in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, learning, engagement, and adoption programs across Commercial Bank.
• Translate priorities into practical learning experiences, leader resources, and events.
• Measure program effectiveness through surveys and performance metrics.
