Huntington Bank is seeking a Commercial Bank Program Manager to lead colleague development and adoption programs across the Commercial Bank. You will translate business priorities into practical learning experiences, partner with leaders and experts, and drive sustained adoption of new tools and ways of working.

The role emphasizes managing programs end-to-end, developing scalable training initiatives, and measuring outcomes to continuously improve, with initial focus on AI and digital tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of program management, learning and development, colleague engagement, communications, digital adoption, organizational readiness, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned colleague development, learning, engagement, and adoption programs across the Commercial Bank from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Creates role-based colleague experiences to build awareness, knowledge, skill, confidence, and sustained adoption of new tools and capabilities.
• Translates business priorities into practical learning experiences, communications, and reinforcement activities.
• Leads the colleague experience for assigned initiatives, coordinating learning, communications, engagement, support, reinforcement, and feedback.
• Measures and reports program effectiveness through surveys, usage data, and performance measures; continuously improves and scales adoption approaches.
