Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of program management experience in learning, development or related fields.
• Experience in colleague engagement and digital adoption initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience across teams and with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned colleague development, learning, engagement, and adoption programs from planning through implementation.
• Creates role-based experiences that build awareness, knowledge, skill, confidence, and sustained adoption.
• Translates business priorities into practical learning experiences, communications, and resources.
• Partners with leaders to identify development needs and design solutions.
• Leads the colleague experience for business and technology initiatives, coordinating activities.
• Develops training, workshops, office hours, and communities of practice.
• Reinforces expectations and resources to support adoption within teams.
• Manages program plans, timelines, risks, and content maintenance.
• Measures program effectiveness via surveys and usage data.
• Uses insights to improve and scale development and adoption approaches.
• Builds partnerships across Commercial and enterprise teams to align priorities.
