Huntington National Bank is seeking a Commercial Analyst Development Program Manager to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its Commercial Analyst Development Program.

The role partners with Commercial Bank leaders, HR, Learning & Development, and University Relations to build a scalable early-career talent pipeline through structured training, rotations, mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of career program management or commercial banking background.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the Commercial Analyst Development Program.
• Partner with Commercial Bank leaders to align program curriculum, rotations and development experiences with business needs.
• Manage analyst onboarding, training schedules, rotations, communications, assessments and program operations.
• Facilitate relationships with analysts, managers, executives and program stakeholders.
• Measure and report on program effectiveness, including readiness, engagement, retention and promotion outcomes.
• Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards and business updates.
• Manage program budget, vendors and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis and business partnership.
