Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Service Professional to deliver high-touch support to commercial clients and act as a liaison between Loan Ops, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.

You will handle daily customer requests, onboard new clients, and assist Relationship Managers with loan packages and data entry. A minimum 3–5 years banking experience and proficiency in MS Office are expected; Salesforce/ACBS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years banking experience with strong knowledge of account opening and loan servicing.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch support to commercial clients as liaison between Loan Ops, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.
• Process daily customer requests via phone or system (account opening, balance inquiries, wires, loan advances and payoffs).
• Onboard new clients and assist Relationship Managers with loan packages, data entry and project tracking.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, resolve inquiries and ensure regulatory/compliance requirements are met.
