Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience in retail or commercial banking preferred.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries via phone and email.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to research and resolve client inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions or resources.
• Maintain working knowledge of Wintrust products, services, policy, and processes.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information, and resources to clients as needed.
• Participate in training and development to improve on skills and stay current with product updates.
