Job summary

Truist is seeking a commercial banking professional to identify, solicit, develop, and manage long-term profitable relationships with clients generating $5MM–$75MM in annual sales. You will offer a full range of loan, deposit and fee-based services, leveraging the Industry & Advisory teams to create an optimal client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years working experience.
• One year related banking experience.
• Basic understanding of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience leveraging Truist processes and advisory teams.
• Assist in credit decisioning, including financial statement analysis and underwriting requirements.
• Develop new prospects and refer client needs through Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Maintain CRM data and monitor activity, pipeline and portfolio risk.
