Sullivan Tire And Auto Service is seeking a Commercial Assistant Store Manager to support sales, administration, and customer relations in a fast-paced auto service environment. You will assist the Store Manager, handle inquiries, and help optimize workflow to boost profitability and service levels.

The role requires a high school diploma with 3-5 years industry experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Maddenco and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all sales and administration to maximize sales, income and customer contact goals.
• Answer phone, provide product information, schedule appointments, assist with tire/service needs.
• Manage customer relationships and liaison between technicians and customers.
• Speak with customers to accept service for work and generate estimates.
• Explain options clearly and discuss benefits of parts, services and warranties.
• Conduct post repair follow-up and resolve complaints.
• Maintain paperwork and inventory records; record purchases and orders.
• Follow POS daily procedures and ensure security of assets.
