Job summary

Delta World Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee sales and promotion of services. You will greet customers, document needs, and reference service history to identify required maintenance.

Responsibilities include quoting services, upselling, tracking returns and warranties, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and the ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Possess valid driver's license and pass an MVR/background check screening.
• Possess State Inspector License or obtain within 30 days of hire date.
• ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification or obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Document customer concerns and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for services.
• Promote services, parts and accessories and upsell where appropriate.
• Record all recommendations in customer file and follow up after service.
• Ensure proper cash-out procedures and warranty explanations.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
