Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial Operations & Analytics Specialist in Connecticut to drive visibility, structure, and insight across customers, quotes, orders, pipeline, and revenue. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Analytics, Technology, and Process Improvement, with opportunities to implement AI and automation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service to create dashboards, KPIs, and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Strong analytical ability and business judgment
Experience in Sales/Commercial Operations or BI a plus

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day discipline surrounding commercial processes, workflows, ownership, priorities, deadlines, handoffs, and follow-through
Document and improve standard processes and playbooks
Establish visibility into opportunities, pipeline, quotes, orders, projects, SROs, customer commitments, milestones, and open actions
Identify stalled, aging, incomplete, high-priority, and at-risk opportunities
Support sales forecasting and analyze forecast accuracy
Prepare information and reporting for regular commercial reviews
