Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Commercial Data Insights Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive customer outcomes and operational excellence. You will partner across Technical Support, IT, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams, leveraging BI tools and AI techniques to inform strategic decisions.

You will build executive dashboards, monitor CSAT/NPS, and deliver recommendations that improve effectiveness, planning, and experience across service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, statistics, information systems, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of data analytics or business intelligence experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for querying and analysis.
• Experience with structured operational, commercial, service, CRM, sales, or financial datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, summaries, and business recommendations.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and analytical solutions to support data-driven decision making.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting on metrics like support volume, backlog, response and resolution times.
• Evaluate performance across products, regions, issue types, and service tiers to uncover insights.
• Deliver fact-based recommendations to improve support effectiveness and operations.
• Translate business challenges into clear reporting requirements for systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, IT, Data Engineering, and Reporting teams to align analytics with goals.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and analyses for operational reviews.
• Monitor customer experience indicators like CSAT and NPS to identify improvements.
• Support AI initiatives through data preparation and exploratory analysis.
