Job summary

TAS Environmental Services in Irving, TX is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Commercial organization with sales reporting, CRM administration, business analytics, and operational support that drive revenue growth.

This role owns data integrity and timely delivery of executive reports, partners with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve processes, and enables leadership to maximize customer-facing time and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF statements, formulas, Power Query and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of Commercial reporting by ensuring CRM data quality and timely delivery of business insights.
• Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data to produce executive-level reports.
• Maintain CRM platform ensuring data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and cross-organizational consistency.
• Generate recurring CRM exception reports and communicate deficiencies for timely resolution.
• Build and optimize Excel workbooks with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to develop reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly Commercial reporting packages and dashboards to support leadership.
