Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Commercial organization with sales reporting, CRM administration, and business analytics. You will own data integrity, deliver executive insights, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive revenue growth.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, CRM experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas) and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Power BI or similar BI tools experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Operations teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of Commercial reporting: data quality, timely insights, and decision support.
• Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data for executive reports.
• Maintain CRM platform data integrity and pipeline accuracy.
• Conduct routine CRM audits and address data deficiencies with sales teams.
• Generate recurring CRM exception reports (missing values, dates, stages).
• Build advanced Excel workbooks using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Identify trends in sales performance to guide strategic decisions and revenue growth.
• Propose and implement process improvements to reduce admin burden.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
• Prepare weekly reporting packages and materials for leadership.
• Support marketing with campaign performance reporting and lead analytics.
• Coordinate onboarding for new sales reps, including CRM access.
• Maintain commission QC and prepare reporting for leadership review.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
• Generate executive reports and presentations for planning and strategy.
• Protect confidential information with high professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
